‘Health & Digestion’ is a vet recommended, premium, grain-free, complete dry dog food for dogs that have poor or sensitive digestive systems. The food is packed with active ingredients, including 45% salmon as fish tends to be easier for dogs to digest than meat, sweet potato as a digestion-aiding fibre to ensure good gut motility, parsley as a natural deodoriser and prebiotics to support your dog’s sensitive digestion and psyllium which promotes firm stools.

Pooch & Mutt ‘Health & Digestion’ complete dry food also contains NUTRA-BIONIC, a unique supplement that includes ingredients which provide a healthy skin and coat, aid digestion, reduce stool odour and support urinal tract health.

Composition: Freshly prepared salmon (25%), sweet potato (25%), dried salmon (17%), potato, peas,salmon oil (1.5%), salmon gravy (1.5%), alfalfa, beet pulp, linseed, parsley (0.08%), brewers yeast, psyllium (0.08%), cranberry (0.04%), glucosamine (260 mg/kg), chondroitin sulphate (160 mg/kg), minerals, vitamins, mannanoligosaccharides (prebiotic mos) (0.015%), fructooligosaccharides (prebiotic fos) (0.01%), yucca schidigera extract (0.01%).

Nutritional additives per kg:Vitamins: Vitamin A (as retinyl acetate) 18,000 I.U, vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 1,800 I.U, vitamin E (as alpha tocopherol acetate) 400 mg, L-Carnitine 450mg, vitamin B1 1.2mg, vitamin B2 1.0mg, biotin 0.72mg.

Trace elements: cupric sulphate pentahydrate 58 mg, zinc sulphate monohydrate 133.5 mg, manganous sulphate monohydrate 105 mg, ferrous sulphate monohydrate 160 mg, calcium iodate anhydrous 1.6 mg, sodium selenite 0.6 mg.

Technological additives: Enterococcus faecium cernelle 68 (sf68; ncimb 10415) 1,000,000,000 cfu as an aid in the establishment, maintenance and restoration of a balanced gut flora in dogs.

The quantities below are meant as a rough guide. The correct amount of food will depend on your dog’s level of activity, breed, age and if they are overweight or underweight.

SMALL DOGS (1-10kg) 80-135 g/day

MEDIUM DOGS (11-30kg) 135-305g g/day

LARGE DOGS (31kg-50kg) 305g-450 g/day

GIANT DOGS (51kg +) 450 g/day

If you are changing your dogs food we recommend that you introduce the new food gradually. Start by replacing 25% of their existing food for the first 2-3 days, then 50% for a further 2-3 days, then 75% for a final 2-3 days.

Fresh drinking water should be available at all times. Store in a cool dry place. For canine use only.
